This course introduces the concepts and applications of community health indicators and measurements in health promotion. Students learn to assess community health needs, develop and apply health indicators, and design monitoring and evaluation frameworks using input, process, output, outcome, and impact indicators. The course also covers health indices, ethical considerations in intervention and measurement, and the use of indicators to assess the effectiveness of health promotion programmes and community health outcomes.
